Luis Marques is a Ph.D. student in the Robotics Department at the University of Michigan, advised by Dmitry Berenson. His work lies at the intersection of uncertainty quantification, safe robotic decision-making, and conformal prediction, with a focus on calibrating dynamics uncertainty under both aleatoric disturbances and model mismatch. Previously, Luis received a M.S. in Robotics from the University of Michigan (2025) and a M.Eng. in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London (2023).
